We service and repair all major Australian garage door and gate brands. For new door installations, we exclusively use Steel-Line doors. For gate automation, we use Merlin and Grifco motors. We service all brands including Centurion, Gliderol, Merlin, ATA, Steel-Line, Chamberlain, Nice, and more.
A standard residential garage door installation typically takes between 2–4 hours, depending on the type of door and complexity of the installation. This includes removal and disposal of your old door, installation of the new door, motor setup, remote programming, and a full safety check. Commercial installations may take longer depending on scale.

Yes. All our work comes with a comprehensive warranty on both products and workmanship. Manufacturer warranties vary by product (typically 5–10 years on doors, 2–5 years on motors). Yes, our technicians are trained and experienced in repairing all major brands of garage doors and openers, including Centurion, Gliderol, Merlin, ATA, Steel-Line, Chamberlain, and more. We carry common spare parts for most brands in our service vehicles.
First, check your remote batteries and ensure the motor unit has power. If neither resolves the issue, do not attempt to manually force the door — this can be dangerous, especially if a spring has broken. Call us and we'll diagnose and fix the problem safely. If the door is stuck open, secure the area and contact us for emergency service.
We recommend a professional service at least once per year for residential garage doors, and every 6 months for commercial/high-use doors. Regular servicing includes lubrication of moving parts, spring tension adjustment, safety sensor testing, track alignment checks, and general wear inspection. Automatic gate prices vary based on size, material, style, and automation features. Gates can range from $2,000 to over $10,000 depending on your requirements. We always attend on-site to assess your property and provide a detailed quote tailored to your needs.
Yes. All our gate installations comply with AS/NZS 4842.1 (Power-operated doors and gates) and relevant Australian building codes. We install all required safety features including photo-electric sensors, auto-stop on obstruction, and manual release mechanisms for power failures.
